MINDFULNESS EXERCISE #2

A simple meditation exercise to develop a habit of mindfulness. About 20 minutes long, it can be practised either sitting, or lying down. Once you've practiced with this exercise, try using the same method in as many ways as you can - when walking, running, swimming or doing anything repetitive = the more you can practice, like any habit, the more innate mindfulness will become.
